Indian Sandstone Patio

This customer had an old, uneven patio with crumbling pointing. They required the old patio to be lifted and a new Indian sandstone patio laying.

The sub-base needed digging out and a Geotech membrane and stone were added as a new sub-base.

Indian sandstone was laid on a cement bed....

....and pointed with a weather-shield resin jointing compound in grey.

The patio levels were altered so that the decking step was uniform all round and the patio stones slid neatly under the decking edge.

The gulley adjacent to the kitchen also required adjustment.
Patio, Paths and Drainage Channels

This customer recently had a large summerhouse erected in their back garden....

....and required a patio area with paths linking to the old patio....

....including steps and shingle areas.

The old patio suffered from pooling water during prolonged periods of rain. A channel drain was added....

....and connected into an existing gulley adjacent to the house.

In addition, a patio area for the rotary washing line was constructed.
Base and Retaining Wall

This customer required a large base for a shed and a greenhouse on an area of garden with a significant slope.

A concrete block retaining wall was built and filled with stone and concrete.

The paving slabs were then laid on a cement bed.

The greenhouse constructed was a Castle Penrith 6ft x 6ft.
